Where do you ship?
MedMen Apparel currently ships to the United States only. This includes all 50 states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
What size am I?

Do you offer gift cards?
We are currently not offering gift cards.
Do you accept the same promotions available in MedMen retail stores?
MedMen Apparel may run promotions from time to time. Some of these promotions may be online only and may not always correspond to current retail store promotions. Please sign up for our newsletter to get updates on future promotions by going to the bottom of this page and providing your email address.
Can I update my address or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, please contact us within one hour of purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request!
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you are experiencing an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Where can I find my tracking?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships. You can click on the View My Order link to see your tracking information.
What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please know that your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have received a damaged or defective product; or if we've made a mistake with your order in any way, please contact us with your order number and we will make it right.
